- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut the shell of each lobster tail down the center; pull apart slightly to expose the meat.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt unsalted butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 1-2 minutes). Stir in lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Place lobster tails in a baking dish and generously baste with the garlic butter mixture.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the meat is opaque and tender; avoid overcooking.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving; add extra lemon juice if desired.
