- 4 slices sharp Irish cheddar cheese
- 4 brioche buns
- 1 cup fresh romaine lettuce, shredded
- 1 large tomato, sliced
- 4 slices cooked bacon
- 1 cup onion rings (optional)
- ¼ cup barbecue sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and clean the grates.
- In a bowl, gently mix the ground beef with salt and pepper; form into four patties.
- Grill patties for about 4-5 minutes per side, adding cheese during the last minute to melt.
- Toast brioche buns on the grill until golden brown.
- Assemble burgers by layering lettuce, tomato, bacon, onion rings (if using), and the patty on each bun.
- Drizzle barbecue sauce on top before placing the bun lid.
