Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente; reserve half a cup of pasta water before draining.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Add shrimp to the skillet, cooking until pink and opaque (about 3 minutes per side).
- Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream and lemon juice, simmering gently.
- Combine cooked pasta with the sauce, adding reserved pasta water as needed for consistency.
- Mix in Parmesan cheese until melted; season with salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh herbs.
