Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- In a large bowl, cream together softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in eggs one at a time followed by vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until just combined.
- Scoop dough onto lined baking sheets, leaving space between each cookie.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are golden; centers may look slightly underbaked but will firm up as they cool.
