- 2 tbsp Sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Instructions
- Slice the chicken into bite-sized pieces and mince the garlic.
- In a large pot over medium heat, drizzle sesame oil. Add chicken and sauté for 5-7 minutes until browned.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional 30 seconds.
- Pour in chicken broth, soy sauce, and Sriracha; bring to a gentle simmer.
- Add ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions (about 4 minutes).
- Stir in coconut milk until heated through.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions and extra Sriracha if desired.
