- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

- 1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar (packed)
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In a large bowl, cream softened butter with granulated and brown sugars until light and fluffy.
- Beat in eggs one at a time along with vanilla extract until fully combined.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Scoop about two tablespoons of dough, flatten it slightly, add your filling in the center, and encase it before rolling into a ball.
- Place on prepared baking sheets and bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden.
