Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (skin-on recommended)
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Juice of 1 lime
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, and lime juice.
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Place the salmon on the baking sheet and pour the marinade over it.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
