Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Slice each Hawaiian roll in half horizontally to create pockets for the custard.
- Dip each roll half into the egg mixture until fully coated; let them soak for about 30 seconds.
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat and melt butter until bubbly.
- Place soaked rolls cut-side down in the skillet; cook until golden brown on both sides (about 3-4 minutes per side).
- Serve hot with a drizzle of maple syrup or your favorite toppings.
