Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat and let cool slightly.
- Whisk granulated and brown sugars into the melted butter until glossy.
- Stir in eggs one at a time and add vanilla extract until fully combined.
- In another bowl, sift flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and sea salt. Gradually mix this into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Gently fold in chocolate chips without overmixing.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
- Cool completely before slicing into squares.
