Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar; press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Bake crust for 10 minutes until golden brown. Let cool completely.
- In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add sour cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla; mix until well combined.
- Gently fold in fresh blackberries without crushing them.
- Pour filling over cooled crust and smooth the top with a spatula. Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 50-60 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
- Cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least four hours before serving.
