- 1 lb ground halal beef (15-20% fat)
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 burger buns
- Your favorite toppings (lettuce, tomato, cheese, etc.)
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a large bowl, mix ground halal beef, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until just combined.
- Shape into four patties about ¾ inch thick; create an indentation in the center of each patty.
- Grill patties for 4-5 minutes on each side until fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 160°F).
- Optional: Add cheese during the last minute of cooking to melt.
- Serve on buns with desired toppings.
