- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken by mixing olive oil, Cajun spice mix, and lemon juice in a bowl. Coat the chicken breasts and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (400°F/200°C), ensuring it’s clean and oiled.
- Grill the marinated chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- While grilling, prepare the Alabama white sauce by whisking together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and salt until smooth.
- Once cooked, let the chicken rest before slicing and drizzling generously with Alabama white sauce.
