Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets, skin-on
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Juice and zest of 1 lemon
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly coat a baking dish with nonstick spray.
- In a bowl, whisk together minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place salmon fillets in the baking dish and pour the marinade over them. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
- Bake salmon for 15-20 minutes or until it flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
