Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente (about 8-10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
- In a separate pan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Slowly stir in the heavy cream, then whisk in Parmesan cheese until smooth.
- Combine the cooked fettuccine with the sauce, tossing until evenly coated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
