Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Wash, peel, and chop apples into small cubes.
- In a large bowl, mix the yellow cake mix with cinnamon and sugar until well blended.
- Add eggs, vegetable oil, and water; gently fold until just combined.
- Carefully incorporate apple chunks into the batter without over-mixing.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow cooling slightly before dusting with powdered sugar and serving warm or at room temperature.
