Instructions
- Gather all ingredients and tools such as mixing bowls and a skillet.
- In a large bowl, mix together the drained salmon, breadcrumbs, eggs, chopped green onions, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, salt, pepper, and paprika until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into patties about 3 inches wide.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
- Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from skillet and let them drain briefly on paper towels before serving.
